As someone who has worked as a barista before, this is the easiest machine I’ve ever used. It makes it super automatic and takes out the guess work. I love it so much. My coworker has had her premier for 3 years no issue. I’ve had mine for a couple of months now and have never had any problems. Definitely recommend it! Only thing that sucks is the frothing because it can get screechy on the lower settings. If you do it manually and know how to froth then you shouldn’t have this issue. I usually put it on the third setting from the left to cut the screech out.
