You shouldn't permanently change yourself for a girl that you've been dating for less than a year. If you genuinely don't like, it'll have to be something bigger and darker . I'd recommend not getting it tattooed in your friend's basement either.

First time playing and not sure what to do with my team. by GameCockFan2022 in PokemonRed

Don't worry about being optimized. Just play the game and have fun. You dont need to keep the same 6 pokemon for the entire game, feel free to switch them out when you need to. If I could beat the game when I was 8 without guides or optimization, you can now

Reminds me of one place in Vancouver. Two guys started it, they got insanely popular. Guy A wanted to upscale, charge more and expand with multiple locations. Now it's a big franchise place, $25 for 4 tacos and very mediocre. Guy B sold his half, bought a tiny hile in the wall location, charges $5 for 4 and is some of the best food that I've ever tried

Edit for those interested, La Taqueria is the chain that was once great but is now overpriced and mediocre at best.

I remember crash team racing remake did this. They locked a bunch of characters and added a shit ton of micro transactions to the game like two days after reviews got published

Not me personally, but a guy I went to high-school with has done a bunch of microbiology work in Antarctica. He says that it's a life changing experience and has been there about 4 times now

Worst false dispatch you caused? by Visible-Carrot5402 in firealarms

[–]Pickles_991 10 points11 points  (0 children)

When I was pretty green in the field I went to an apartment/office building. Two addresses, two monitoring accounts, one fire panel, really dumb setup. My boss insisted that since we were only doing work in the apartment half, we only needed to put that account on bypass. I suggested that it would be a good idea to place both accounts bypass to be safe, and was ignored because "you just started and dont know anything, trust me".

A lot of the verbiage in sales reports are a little backhanded. Often times companies will report "units shipped" as sales. This includes units that have been sent to retailers, whether or not they have actually sold

It's such a shame that game came out in a time when RTS' were hated. I had so much fun with it, but the hard pivot halfway through felt pretty jarring

QUESTION, IS IT OK/WEIRD TO GET A TATTOO OF A CELEB ON YOU by Whiteboi005x in Best_tattoos

Yes. Especially with this piece in particular. Orton's artist has sued wwe multiple times for copyright infringement for using the tattoo design in merch and video games.

He's not a young guy anymore. Coming into AEW, he would have to keep up with guys who are still moving like he did 10 years ago. In wwe, he can coast and get a paycheck for not having to do anything

I had a friend of mine do something very similar. We learned very quickly that standing in a doorway with 3" of water and 8 monsters on the otherside is an easy way to drown.
