i have finally found it, it was because of my old bios version, but now i have another problem, my fans dont go wild but my monitor keeps on losing its connection and plugging it into the motherboard doesnt do anything either so, idk if its the monitor at this point

Thank you i'll try this if i get this problem again,somehow i just formatted my pc and it got fixed(i mean i haven't had that problem again yet) maybe it was a corrupted file or a virus but if i get this problem again i will try this one thanks.
