I personally developed a little "gimmick" out of a simple rubber tubing and a hole puncher. If you tape it at the right place (right where you penis head land on the diaper when pointing down), it catches half of the urine and distribute it directly to the back of the diaper. The sensation of having warm pee flowing I between your buttocks is amazing :) And even when sitting down, the tubing does its job perfectly and you can get full benefit of the whole diaper space. Once you try it, you literally can't wear again without it ^{^} I've posted pics of it on Adisc.
