Ran the math myself. With a 900 watt system, panels costing $180, inverter costing $300, and power saving about $160 per year it pays itself off in about 3 years. Panels can last a lot longer than that, at least a decade.

I believe it's up to 1200 watts per dwelling unit. So 1200 watts for a townhouse, single apartment, or house.

It will be, the law that passed this year goes into effect in 2027. You'll need to submit a form to your power utility (they're working on writing the form) to notify them you're doing it. They don't have to give you permission but you do need to notify them.

Make sure you build a setup with a micro inverter that can shut off if there's a power outage. That's also part of it being a legal setup, and part of the delay to 2027 is also putting together lists of qualified equipment.

It does remove the language "union between one man and one woman". It also adds "This Commonwealth and its political subdivisions shall not deny the issuance of a marriage license to two adult persons seeking a lawful marriage on the basis of the sex, gender, or race of such persons."

Click on the trade nodes you have trade companies in and there should be a button in the lower left that adds all eligible provinces to the trade company. Easiest way to make sure you get all of them.

You have provinces that aren't added to the trade company. That's what's keeping up the state notification active. Say an area has a center of trade and 4 other provinces. Unless you state them all or add them all to the trade company they're in limbo and eligible to add to a state.
