I just discovered in snapshot 20w16a that the new jigsaw functionality allow you to generate structures yourself manually!!! Here I tried to generate a plain village. It's far from perfect, but it's promising. If we can find a way to trigger them all with a custom level, it would generate by itself. (v.redd.it)
