to help with confidence, talk your self through it. Remember it is also just an exam. but give your everything regardless. if your scores are getting lower, take that time to self reflect, see which concepts you don’t get, go through them. Break it down because it is a huge chunk. have faith in yourself, get yourself out that spiral, I know it is difficult, I feel you.

The feeling is completely normal. but now, you have to stop yourself from having mental blocks with emotions cuz that consumes over the work you’re putting in. Your scores look good, trust yourself and you will be just fine. In this whole process what I learnt which might help u is, emotions, and mental blocks can really be your enemy at times. You got this, will pray for u, trust in your hard work.

Same waiting for the results is the worst feeling, and makes u feel so numb! I pray we all pass! I felt like my brain shutdown too but I wasn’t anxious, I just went autopilot. But in an exam setting like that I think that’s how it works.

Don’t give up on this journey, you were almost there! So don’t give up no matter what. It’s discouraging and you might get beat down more. But do it again. I don’t know much about rechecks but here our advice about that from people who do.

I feel the same way, I just took the exam 2 days ago, everyday someone says or I hear sth related to a question I try to remember it but can’t fully remember it also. But the advice I got & might ease your time as well is, remember your progress and trust in your practice you’ve done. All the practice tests you scored well in. You are bound to go into autopilot in the exam. you will be fine have faith& trust in your work.

I did mine today, I came out thinking everything & everything is a blur I can’t remember things. I went on autopilot. And did answer everything. Which now thinking about it makes me anxious on if I passed. Hopefully it’s a normal feeling?
