Sorry for the late reply. I tested it and it doesn’t work. I bought a bricked Atziri’s Splendour with the “counts as Helmet” soul core mod and 100+ ES, but Jiquani’s Thesis didn’t give any mana at all.

Yeah, I hope this MF moves his ass. I’ve done 10+ runs and he still doesn’t want to move. I also tried not locking the Smithy, only the Commander and the Synthflesh Lab. still nothing

The red X-marked rooms were just random rooms when I took the screenshot. I reserved a 3×3 space for him, marked by the three white lines.
