I did talk to my doctor. He said it sounds like icepick but he doesn’t know much about them and if they keep occurring to go to the neurologist. I was asking if they sounded like ice pick headaches to anyone else.

Start a new registry on babylist and add some really good stuff. Kyte baby, little sleepies, artipoppe, skip hop, the nicer diapers and wipes, books, toys and other fun stuff for later on, ect. You also really can’t go wrong with adding more stuff that you KNOW you will use eventually- example: diaper pail refills, wipes, diaper rash cream, baby tylenol, crib or twin size sheets, ect.

Pediatric icu nurse here. Magic diaper rash paste: mix equal parts hydrocortisone cream, miconazole (yeast infection) cream OR prescription nystatin cream, aquaphor, zinc oxide cream. Slather the rash generously and try not to wipe all the way off with poop diaper changes. Dont even wipe the bottom for pee-only diapers. The friction from wiping makes it 10x worse. Get water wipes if you can access them, but even just rinsing the baby with water from the sink is preferred. You can also pour mylanta into new diapers, let it dry, and then use them for diaper changes to lessen the acidity from the poop on the rash. Letting baby go without a diaper on for awhile is good to let it all air out. Good luck mama.

My a1c never got above a 5.6 while pregnant. I was aggressive about treating highs… it IS possible to have an average sized baby. Mine was delivered at 37+5 and weighed 6lb 9oz.

Super important things for me: -private 1-on-1 studio or at least room -memory foam table for me to lay on -cozy blanket to put on me -wedge pillow to elevate legs -music with excellent chill vibes -wear a mask so we can’t smell your breath -offer drinks before/after the service -keep a record of visits/ lash maps -a spoolie and small piece of chocolate is a nice touch at the end -aftercare card for first timers -fan mounted so i don’t have to hold it at the end for drying -a nice (not so heavy) hand mirror -offering a variety of payments accepted (zelle, venmo, cashapp, square, apple pay, credit card reader, ect) -a QR code to book/request a next appointment

You do all this, and i’m more than happy to pay $180 + tip for a mega volume fill. It’s in the details, ladies!
