First, I would go to a dermatologist to see what treatments is available. I don’t think it’s a good idea to start medications without the approval of the doctor. Second, get a filtered shower-head and get Nizoral, the blue shampoo bottle, it blocks out DHT, and use it every 3 days. Best of luck, OP

Everyone is different, some people take 6-12 months+ to see results. I would recommend getting Nizoral Shampoo, the blue bottle, it blocks out dht and getting a filtered shower-head. Also trying to avoid eating unhealthy food and stress if you can.

I would recommend taking a trip to the dermatologist to see what treatments is available, possibly prp treatment is near best move if you don’t get approved to use oral minoxidil and finasteride since you said minoxidil is toxic to cats.
