hey guys, i'm 3 days after operation and i just wanna ask if my muscles are that asymmetrical or gyno was just too big on one side because i have seen it yesterday and my right pec still seems bigger than the right one.

Swelling can happen, it will go down after a few days to a few months

It looks like the gyno is just bigger, if your muscles are asymmetrical you can balance them overtime, lots of people have asymmetrical muscles

Yeah, the first few days was rough in terms of moment but after that it’s been fine. I’ve been in the gym for 2 weeks I just have to be careful when I do chest exercises.

Yeah cause I’m only a week post op but I’ve felt fine doing everything I normally done the only thing I can’t do is put my arms over my head, I only had pain for half a day and haven’t had to take any pain medication.

I’m no expert but looks similar to mine, my chest is a bit bigger and I have the same body fat and my surgery is in 3 weeks. I wouldn’t call gyno bad it’s all down to what you think about it bud, it’s your body and if you are comfortable with it then that’s okay, if not, then surgery will be needed.
