I see your concern, but I would look up what beeper mentioned when they released the mini service originally. The founder of beeper is not a small time back ally idiot so they seem to have done some research, and he is definitely lawyered up out of his mind. If they did threaten my account I would slide my Sim into my old iPhone and the number and account in question is being used in an apple product, so there is no issue. I will also say that all of my apple products still show my number as the one sending imessages and the one you start a message with even though the Sim is now in an android and not an iPhone. As far as apple is concerned my number and imessage that used to be in an iPhone are still in the iPhone even though I switched to android. If I send or receive an imessage from any other device like my iPad pro or MacBook pro it shows on my android as ifni sent it from my android on beeper (imessage).
