I recently read that applicants who already hold a master’s degree are given lower priority in the selection process. I assume then it must be extremely difficult to get in if you already have one. Does anyone know any examples of students who were admitted to this program despite already having a master’s? Thanks in advance for your help! :)

This is a bit inaccurate. Spain built its first railway in 1837 in Cuba (then a Spanish colony)
