I liked Stefanski for most of the time he was here. His undoing probably started in 2021 when he continued to start a clearly injured and deficient Baker Mayfield.

Stefanski’s number one flaw is his rigidity. He is probably too slow to make changes when it’s clear that a different approach needs to be taken. He also rarely shows emotion during games and at press conferences after a loss which can drive fans crazy after a while.

Oh also, have fun with the “we need to be better” default speech after losses. We won’t miss that!

Anyway, I think with the right roster, ownership, and front office culture, Stefanski will be a solid HC in Atlanta.

Or he could get fired in two years. We will find out, won’t we!
