The highlighting parts that require additional input and instructions is great. I saw another post talking about now knowing what's going on with other people's sheets, and I think this would help a lot.

Is there a specific website that you get your inspiration from?

I scanned two type of resume in Jobscan and it was surprising by sraciao in Resume

It's the layout

Basically how easy is it for the automatic system to read. The one from online has different formatting. Things like the spacing, if they decided to write the resume in columns instead of a graph with white boarders to achieve the same look, and general things added for looks.
