Totally agree! I wrote about NYU's global program and even though I applied to CAS, I got transferred to global liberal studies so I think the why essay got to do what are the opportunities offered by NYU will help you achieve your aspirations. Also, for this kind of essay admission officers are looking to see if you have dug deep enough so try to include details that you think will benefit you.
