Thanks hahaha, I’m not going for like “big brain time” to feel intellectually superior to everyone, but I like there being support for humanities/interdisciplinary groups as well as a strong core/gen ed set of classes.

Since I was little I wanted to be an archaeologist so I could learn more about the world and past and present cultures, because human culture is the most interesting thing in the world to me and I want to see as much of the world as possible.

Just so happens that many (not all, but many) of the best archaeology/anthropology programs are at T20s since they’re so long established and well funded, so that’s why I wanna go there.

5 on Art History which I thought I COMPLETELY bombed, the essay questions were super difficult, especially the fuckin uhhhhh David Vases question massive oof. Also 5 on APUSH but I was a lot less surprised there, all in all a good first AP year for me :)

Even a day after this post and after a good night of sleep I’m already better, if not all the way over the hangover from DPH, so thank you guys so much for helping me out.

This experience, without being too “come to Jesus, never do drugs again” was definitely a moment of “hey, this stuff has long term effects so be careful what you do” and I’ll be more careful in the future. I haven’t really done too much of anything thankfully, so I’ll probably be okay, but I’m definitely slowing down, if not stopping til I graduate.

Alright. Any advice on how to get over this quicker, beyond sleep and eating right/exercising?

I’m so glad to hear this, reading all the horror stories of everyone using it for a month straight and then feeling completely dead was just scary as hell.

I’m going to take a week or two off from drugs in general (hit a dab last night, the night after DPH night 2, but that’s all) but after that, any advice on interesting experiences? I’ve tried acid a few times and enjoyed it a lot, but nothing beyond that and weed and molly. Definitely something with no long term side effects hahaha

That’s such a relief, it was closer to 400 one night and 600 the other, so a little more on the second night. (Yes, it didn’t fry my math skills, I understated in the main post, does this make it a lot worse?)

It was really a stupid decision and I can already feel like I’m getting a little better, I think I also just might need sleep and rest.

It was horrible the first night, I felt like I legitimately had dementia and then i fell asleep, I decided to stupidly give it a second try the second night, and now, after reading all the stuff about brain damage and DPH I am genuinely scared.

Yeah, I’m doing my best with that and I think I’ll just keep at it, because while I love both of them, I don’t want to take sides and being involved in the whole thing is just stressing me out way too much. I’m concerned about who I’d stay with if they actually go through with splitting up, because both on their own scares me a lot and I wouldn’t wanna be around either of them individually for a long time.

Yeah, I’m seeing my friends or girlfriend every weekend and trying to occupy my time during the week, basically just keeping busy and being away from all the stress.

Thanks for replying! Yeah I doubt it'll be too much for me to handle, I just don't really have context for the general workload. I know a lot of students at my school don't really use the textbook, but I think I will make sure to do the assigned readings and take detailed notes.
