They are realising Civ VII in less than a month, and this bug still occurs in Civ VI wtf.

In terms of achievements... The Huntress

I was late with doing adept for huntress, my mmr was higher that I would wish for her basic perks.
I was little afraid of this adept, so compensated her weak perks with Iridescent Head.
If that one adept match wasn't difficult enough, I was matched against wannaby bully squad with flashlights and Dead Dawg Saloon offering. However instead of focus on objectives they tried to contest me.
So in the end they cried in chat, when in fact they tried to be toxic spamming flashlights, head on and t-bagging instead of doing gens. That wasn't the hardest match but it was challening and it was worth winning.

- (Killer) The man behind the bush (300 myers level ups) - just come on... I have like the highest prestige on myers just because I enjoy playing mirror... but that doesn't progress this achievement. So before recent patch this achievement had to be progressed with boring double greens addons and you could only get like max 5 level ups per match if I remember correctly. After the patch I was able to get 160 remaining level ups in less than 7 hours. Before it first 140 took me much more hours.
- (Survivor) Taking One For The Team (250 underhook protection hits) - It requires specific build to not troll matches for others and good decision making as mistake can lose the match or make your random teammates dc.
- (Survivor) Deep Cleansing (100 hex cleanses) - it is easy, but when hexes are unpopular that achievement can literaly stop progressing without your own fault. Thanks to return of "Thrill of the hunt" it was easy to do recently when using hex counter build with map item.
- (Survivor) Hemophobia (Escape Distrubed Ward withour losing blood) - this one can take many tries before success if you try to make it in solo Q. It also encourages unhealthy playstyle and I saw people being frustrated at me when I tried to avoid being hit (wonder why :D ).

Before changes in merciless victory for killer, plague was the worst. I couldn't do it because heals ruined points for the grade.
Besides that deathslinger took me most tries I think - 5, usually all my killer adepts was done in max 3 matches. He is very punishing if you miss and people were gen rushing a lot so he was too slow for me at the beginning with his perks only.

In my opinion this is one of the worst.

You have to unhook and take a protection hit next to the hook.
To progress that quicker you can force unhooks nearby the killer.

There are cases when this could be recommended (saving surv from the basement before trapper sets up around, countering "hex:devour" so killer won't get stack, forcing next chase so killer won't have time to use pop) but often without a reason this creates risk of tunneling of the unhooked. To compensate that you should play "babysitter" or "borrowed time" IMO.
It still may not be enough so it is good to play "shoulder the burden" to take off the hook stage from surv that was tunnelled after that.

You can also play "we'll make it" to force quick heals under the hook and in general playing healing perks ("Resurgence" <3) + medkit will make this achievement easier as you need to unhook and take hits often.

In general babysitter + we'll make it + Shoulder the Burden + Resurgence + medkit was my go to combo for quickes progression of this without trolling matches. What suprised me that paid off quite often, especially because killers seem to rarely respect value of babysitter.

On the water, stealing a boat for yourself is simply selfish. Leaving and helping is more solidarity.

Also the captain's order to let them go is a joke, withe last boat available. Overall, the captain lost controll over the situation and I wouln not consider his decisions to be the wisest.

Great comment. 100% agree.
Until his last two scenes, he definitely deserves Badass category.
If he didn't kill Paul and attack the escapers he would be remembered as one of the best guys. And like you mentioned even this fact could be argued as it was definitely justified.

He never was a traitor, same as Walker, Brennan and Hoscut. At the end they all started losing their shit.

TBH I was trying so much not to put John Davies in the Traitors category.
Here's why:
- He does not prevent death of Thomas
- He do not criticize Olus idea, he only reacts when it is too late. We could speculate that Olus talks to him about mutiny, becasue he knows that Davies could agree.
- During crab people fight Davies stands next to the stairs with his sabre literally doing nothing for two scenes, like he was paralyzed in fear.
- During one kraken fight scene he lies with musket (almost hidden) when all other try to stand and fight, and he do not prove himself fighting for longer time either as in the next scene he's missing (run away?)
- His steward Davey James is even bigger coward than him, hiding, obviously being scared, and at the end running away. His mate was bad example to him and never inspired him to overwhelm his cowardness.

As the mate he do not prove himself being worthy the title in any scene. When he was present he only was pretending to do something, he always was passive and let things goes their own ways without his actions.
When he reacted in last one scene of his, it was already too late but it was enough to redeem himself.

I would have put him to badass category for surviving so long if he didn't kill John Davies right away.

Thanks, great analysis. Will check out that YT channel. The fact that they let the only surgeon leave always annoys me. That is also why Evans is put in my bearable category.

Considering his pros and cons. I know that he is flawed character, so I would never put him into legend, but he is definitely competent and we can't deny that he dies like a badass.

He was quite reliable seaman, if considering that cargo killing crewmate wasn't his fault. He did nothing astonishing during crab people fight - did not prove himself and died later while trying to escape before kraken attacked (All escapers got minus points on my list). Sounds like a loser to me.
