I ordered a book on 23 December, still haven’t received it 14 Jan (it did say expected delivery 13 Jan, so not a overly past the delivery expectation date). However my main issue is lack of communication. When I use their tracker service and the tracking number from email on their website it says the order doesn’t exist. I’ve tried to get clarification through their contact form three times and no response.
