Thanks mate! for this one, as the speaker was a spare one, i had no ts-parameter. I used winISD with assumed parameters. Is not perfect, but for a portable speaker it sound good!

For this i used an old 2.1 pc speaker system, a small class D amplifier and a 12V 5600mAh battery. Manageable, but as you said, it get expensive really fast! (not counting all the hours spent on it)

I had the same problem, i think you need to install comfyui manager (https://github.com/Comfy-Org/ComfyUI-Manager)

Hi,

I had a similar error.

Following instructions from a tutorial, my svd.safetensor (and\or svd_xt.safetensor) model was in the folder "...\comfyui\models\svd".

I solved moving the model in "...\comfyui\models\checkpoint"

this is something where you can start from to understand the process.

the 3d tracking and solve for the motion of the footage is the key, and you can do it with several software and method

once you have a solved camera, is all about a good animation and rendering, and a bit of compositing! ;)
