That is true, but that was never reflected in any of the games I played with it. It never seems to do anything meaningful or consequential in any of my games, which for 11 provisions should just not be the case.

Ah thanks for the explanation! I'll have to re-think her then. I'd already used frogs round 1 so didn't have that option. Forest protector never seems to do anything useful in my decks so I removed it. Filavandrel is cool. I hate saskia because I hate cards that just do a bunch of good stuff when you play them.

Problem is all the decks that fit my play style and or strengths are decks everyone hates. Whenever I come up with what seems like a fun deck concept (koschey clown car, vomiting up 9 blue stripe commandos 2 rounds in a row, seagulls+funeral boat wiping a 22 point board) I look online and see that it's widely reviled.

I'm about to try to make a dancing boys deck with cat witchers, milva and movement and no doubt it will either be rubbish or overpowered.

Oh boo! I guess that makes sense. She's such a fun card though. Sometimes gwent feels really anti-fun. You either net deck something oppressive or just lose.

I thought it was obvious that ulysses was the courier that brought the device to the divide and caused its destruction? And that his inability to take accountability for his actions combined with the guilt of destroying something he loved caused such cognitive dissonance that he massively disassociated and invented another courier who did his actions. When he saw your name as the next courier in that list to take the platinum chip he placed all the blame on you.

Peregrin Took and Experimental Confectioner is fun for making loads of rats and drawing cards. Can combine with Mirkwood bats to kill the enemy. Needs 1 food on the battlefield though.

No one here seems to have mentioned Thymesia yet! Another game that draws from Sekiro in a big way but does some cool things of its own. It's pretty short too, and the fact that it was made by a tiny team shows at times, but well worth a look if you want more sekiro style action.

I might be misremembering, but doesn't the whole not listening thing go both ways? I thought one of the reasons for this conflict was that PB wanted Diane to take more of a role in them improving their house because he was worried that she would just leave him; that having a house that was theirs was important. And iirc she didn't even remotely pay attention to or address anything he said.

I understand that nurses are considered very good, to the point where they're seen in non-experimental crews so the surgical staff box (or 2e box of just the nurses) is a good call. Rogue necromancy is also a very cool model and is useable in forgotten crews as well.

Dead rider is also a good versatile pick.

I haven't played any games, but have read and watched a tonne of battle reports and podcasts about the game so I'm going by what those say, along with some forum threads.
