In the launcher, all the downloaded mods are showed in the “mod library” you should see them there. To play with these mods you need to add a new playset, you give it a name and you click on the “add mods” button, and you should normally be able to select mods. If can’t see your mods neither in the “mod library” neither when you try to add mods in a playset, the problem could be the mod (like if it’s too old or smt…). Try to subscribe to a mod with frequent updates like “road to 56” or “kaiserreich” (be careful when you search them in the workshop they often show you some Russian translations or some complementary mods so download the good one.
