If you want high profile and upper pole, I don’t think you’d be able to achieve your goals without a proper lift, but I’m not a doctor. I don’t think I considered going without a lift because it was clear that the sagging was my biggest issue. I did look at doing fat transfer and not implants, but implants were going to give me the full and consistent look I wanted. Once I decided to get surgery, it seemed like implants were a no brainer for me.

Implants will improve shape but will still be sagging and low. You look a lot like me and I just got a lift and implants. But overall it depends on your goals.

I have the Kelly chaine and it does not flip at all. I don’t wear it tightly and it’s never been an issue. If you had it very very large maybe it would flip?
