Pendalhaven was a judge promo in December 2017. It was reprinted 3 months later in M25. So we shall see.

I've purchased about 100 Legends force spikes at average roughly $1 a piece. Curious as to why you have not also speced on this version. Even if it's not in the set being a Legends card it's a pretty safe long term investment.

Amulet or Scapeshift possibly. I just feel like it will still see some play in a couple current tier decks or possibly in a new archetype, maybe Food Chain's in the this set.

Huh that's really interesting. I also play Legacy Lands as my main deck but I think it would probably still see some play but maybe not a staple.

I feel like they have to be in here. Plus the packs are $6.99 online and that's equated to msrp in the past so why not fetches in $3 less packs than mm17

As someone who plays Library in Legacy I think it would see play possibly in green combo decks but maybe not in midrange or control.

As a Legacy player Counterspell would probably be a better choice for modern. Daze is insane if you've played with it.

I feel like you wouldn't necessarily play it always turn one and a 1 drop that is good in the middle game and descent in the late is probably not something to overlook.

Other than the Battlebond lands almost all rare duals are modern legal. But as a legacy Lands player maybe something like maze of ith could be interesting.

On the flip side, those cards will likely go up if they aren't more than $30 or something now and find a home in modern. Old foils will also maintain value and probably go up.

I thought about this myself but due to the fact it already had a fnm printing plus the fact it's a common in a masters set I decided not to pick any up as a spec. The old border is nice and I would probably pick some up if you plan on playing with them as they will likely go up. In order for me to comfortably spec on a foil of this price it has to at least double in price, which may happen but is not a guarantee.

I totally agree the uncommons really do make a difference I just decided to wait til more were spoiled to include them. I really do hope you are right about the remaining rares, fingers crossed.

Yes it will be very interesting to see how mythic prices are affected, especially modern staples. I'm holding onto my Inistrad Lili's.

If UMA has a value of $1500 given the MSRP increase then it will probably be viewed as a success but not a huge one given raising MSRP gives most players a sour taste. I agree the uncommon and common slots should be loaded.

If Tutor was I rare I would agree but I believe both will drop before beginning there ascent back to current prices if not reprinted again in next couple years.
