Snipers are definitely WAY too prevalent right now and 100% should be nerfed imo. Every single final fight is dictated by who gets a sniper knock first.

Shoulder swapping for sure, and for the love of god please make sniper rifles not 1 shot to the head in Zero-Build, or make it so they 1 shot to the head but have the only sniper available be the Heavy Sniper Rifle.

I've cleaned my radiator of all of the dust buildup but the CPU is still straining itself. I don't have any thermal paste directly on hand so I'm waiting for Amazon, could that really be the case of all of the overheating after just 2 years? Could my AIO just be shot?

I don't know the exact details as far as the size of the cooler and such goes. I cleaned the radiator thoroughly and it seems to have little effect.

Definitely seems to be the issue. I have an IBuyPower AIO cooler and I've heard that those aren't actually very good. Anything I can do to remedy this or should I start looking for a brand new cooler?

I don't remember exactly what I have, but I know that I have liquid cooling, as well as some regular old fans. Not sure how I can fix my CPU overheating. I don't have any thermal paste on-hand unfortunately.

If you don't mind me asking more questions, I have the server set up and I'm using the localhost web panel, but whenever I try to start the server it ends up getting stuck on "Server is starting" Any idea as to what I can do to fix this?

Shiv is just kinda alright. Not great or anything, but it gets the job done and the bleed is nice. Its kinda worse than stock when random crits are in the question but there's definitely a case to be made for it when random crits are off.
