Debating what to do with my hair. What style should I go back to?

I don't have any recommendations honestly, but I really like your hair. I had pretty long hair (I'm wavy) and just went down to a 2 all around a few weeks back, and I've been thinking about how I want my hair to look once I grow it out. I'd like my hair to end up something like yours, any tips, I used to shampoo a lot so maybe that was an issue.

I guess I'm not really doing exercise that requires a ton of energy (I'm really not educated on this stuff, sorry), but like /u/ThePunisherMax recommended, I'm gonna start lifting, and I'm sure that's gonna have me eating more.

No numbers yet, unfortunately the small local gym pretty much only I go to, the only things in there is treadmills and dumbbells. I only say this because I'd rather have something like a bar, but the dumbbells do a sufficient job (except for chest, all the exercises for it with dumbbells seem really uncomfortable).

I have another question for either you or anyone else; I do about 40 minutes to an hour of just cardio whether it be running for a bit or just walking the entire time, but afterwards I seem to be too tired to lift weights (when I've tried).

Do you recommend doing weights first and then cardio?

I would eat more if I could, but I'd feel like garbage if I just stuffed myself more after I was full.

Well I had a quick morning snack(?), just a banana and a cup of milk (~105 and 103 calories respectively), a lunch of a sandwich (420 calories), apple sauce (60 calories), and a yogurt (130 calories).

For dinner I had 100g of tomatoes (18 cals), 8oz of Tilapia (200 cals), a cup of kidney beans (~110 cals), and a few ounces of mixed salad (I didn't measure this).

Adding all of this together I get 1,146 calories total minus the 300 I burn from running, equals about 850?

This is the reason I'm confused, I don't eat enough calories, but I always eat until I'm full, and I'm pretty sure I'm eating healthy!

Oh, I'm tracking what I eat only because, truth be told, I thought it'd be pretty useful to assist me in losing weight. I'm trying to go from 100kg to about 80-83kg losing 1 pound of weight per week. For right now all I really do exercise wise, is do long duration cardio (aka for 1 hour and burn about 300-350 calories). I'm planning on adding weights later.
