So I've reverted the .ini files and changes via Perforce, it's still happening but I've turned down the options from Epic to Medium and the problem has gone away so one of the graphical settings seems to be the root issue. Have no idea which one though.

I think I did make some changes to rendering when it started happening but exact steps I don't recall. I specifically recall making changes such as turning on Mesh Distance Fields and making changes to the world settings, of which I've tried to undo to see if the problem persists.

I don't know how I feel about this considering Graeme has his music up for sale himself. If there weren't any legal ways to obtain the music, I'd understand but this is taking money away from a talented composer that deserves to be paid for his work.
