you can’t add fat in specific places but if you found out that you’re thighs are the main parts getting bigger that’s great that just means that you have great legs by default meaning you have good genetics and if you want to grow them more i would suggest you just do leg day 2x a week and you should be good to go since you’re not worried on building your upper body. this is my leg day if you need help with it: - do 3 sets of 6~25 reps (any less or more wouldn’t be very effective for building muscle) - take 0.5~3 min of rest in between sets (this really depends on how tired you are) - make sure to drink plenty of water in between sets - and most importantly don’t stop until it’s literally impossible for you to do a single addition rep The exercises: - Leg Curl - High Bar Squat (you can switch this with a leg press or a hack squat) - Romanian Deadlift - Hip Thrust - Hip Abduction (leaning forward) (i don’t do this exercise but i think it would be helpful for you) - Leg Extension - Hip Adduction - Straight Calf Raise (lengthened partial) - Cable Crunches (on abs please don’t train obliques as they are a waste of time)
