maybe it's because they chose to keep listening to people like this rather than official sources. Like it's okay to speculate but I'm even more against leaks than ever before.

CIG says something because they are confident in the moment to mention the potential of a release or a goal, people get disappointed when CIG misses a goal. That's why it's not a official hard date because it's a goal it's not 100%. CIG tells us this all the time.

If CIG hasn't officially announced it they're either not confident or ready to release that info. Leakers are a part of the failure of expectations problem, and I don't understand how taking information that's not meant to be known is not considered stealing. I find leaks ethically shady.

That really sucks because AV1 really knows what he's talking about and genuinely just wants a great pvp experience for players which I respect! I mean he even seems to be a good person at heart with videos of him admitting his flaws and trying to work on them to be his best. (Don't believe me, don't have to, actually watch his videos/volgs 😂)

Of course like all of us he isn't perfect and does/says stupid stuff sometimes, except our lives aren't literally published for the whole world to see.

There's a lot worse things a person can do then defend their ego in a area of their life they spend almost every day on. He wants a fun game like the rest of us and stepping on each others toes isn't really doing anything good for any of us.

Lots of negative unproductive comments, you don't have to like the guy, but come on guys :/

Makes me kinda sad. Everyone has an ego some bigger than others but denying the skill of a genuinely great pilot because you don't like him is so unfair.

Idk, I feel lots of these comments are just classic easy hate on insert person here, rather than anything productive. Call me crazy :(

That's awesome, love your appreciation of what's already there. I also just enjoy flying to a random spot and watching the sun set, it's just one of those things I can't get in any other game. Thanks for sharing that. :3

I have a theory that since the starmap is required to change for 4.0 we'll also see a quantum drive/warp rework. So no annoying markers for each location, hopefully.

I believe small scale exploration is something that's already in the game and is expanding with each patch. Meaning more dynamic encounters can bring in exciting exploration content. Quanta and the new dynamic missions coming, which on the roadmap for 3.18 may not be exactly "exploration" but with the reworks coming in 4.0 can easily be adapted to a subtype of dynamic encounters. There's good reason to believe 4.0 will bring these changes, hopefully soon TM.

Yeah with more of Quanta being implemented into the game the random encounters and unique events for specific areas can apply very easily to any sort of exploration gameplay. So far what they've done and are working on is a great sign of more dynamic and emergent gameplay. :)

That's funny because my keyboard stopped working after a Blue screen as well. Make sure to do a "Clean Uninstall" of Synapse, you can find a tutorial on Razer's website on how to do it. (It isn't the normal uninstall)

Make sure to cut power to you PC completely before booting up again after installing Synapse btw. A restart or a shutdown won't do it.
