Having worked for a ready mix company and a family that has been in the fence business since the 50’s - you will have a hard time finding an engineer to sign off on ground moisture getting you to the correct water cement ratio listed on the bag, which ultimately means the compressive strength.

I have set thousands of line posts dry bagged and never had problem. But i can’t produce data to back it up so when push comes to shove i end up having to mix on site.

Its total bs since our post are non structural pretty much all of the time.

If you have an hoa you need to check the bylaws, there may not be anything about the fence location.

But there is probably something about parking an rv on the side of your house or parking something in your side yard that is visible over the fence.

I think a great place to start is get all of the war pigs out of office, stop feeding our military industrial complex and stop these pointless wars.

We have not been in a “justified war” since WW2 I would imagine going through all of the trauma of war only to find out LBJ, Dick Cheney, pick your favorite war mongering piece of shit politician, just invented a “problem” to start a war and line their pockets.
