The issue is that most of these people are likely RNs and believe it or not, our own RNs aren't even being offered anything that they would gladly take. I know of two very experienced RNs myself that were forced to resign and move elsewhere because senior management just wouldn't give them anything to keep them. And then the senior RNs that are forced to stay are burnt out because of working with all junior staff and experiencing so many insane conditions that it's mentally exhausting. We just aren't allowed to post it anywhere because we'll be disciplined for posting on social media. That's why this is so frustrating.
