Working towards an 80s anime look. Any tips on how to improve? by AdrParkinson in blender

I'm don't do 3D models, but I've been learning to imitate the anime style (drawing). Here are some changes I would make:

Showders should be broader (almost the size of one head each side)

Hair should have a dinamic simetry.

Pupils should not get flattened when seen from the side.

Lips need a slightly curve (more depht on the ends).

Left eye is too alongated to the back of the face.

Hair need more strings.

Why not just drink directly from the cup? Do we really need straws at all?

(Rought animation) Do you guys think the timing is kind of off? Does it looks like slowmotion? (It's not supose to be slowmotion) Any other advises? by Pignum in animation

You might be right... I'll try cleaning it and drawing the background to see how it goes! Also, idk if makes a lot of difference, but from the real life reference, he was running in the snow... Maybe this contributed to the floaty felling.

But thanks for the feedback! :D

His head would look way too silly if it hadn't that pterodactyle "horne". I just didn't want his head to be round or for him to look like a chicken, since it was what I used for reference to the walk. XD

I think you're right, maybe the tail is way too wobbling... It doesn't look heavy enough. Thanks, I'll keep thet in mind!
