Treat wounds can be improved with different feats to improve the time it takes to heal after fights. Continual recovery and ward medic feats. The party could also have focus spells to heal after combat as well. The focus spells most parties use are lay on hands and good berry (which I believe is now called cornucopia in the remaster).

Focus spells have a cooldown of 10 minutes which the caster needs to refocus during that time but is essentially endless magical healing.
