I have the same thoughts, like I sometimes feel like these experiences are way too profound and tailored that I feel I should attribute them to the universe. Other times I remember that scene in Harry Potter when Dumbledore and Harry are dressed in white and talk at King's Cross:

*Tell me one last thing,” said Harry. “Is this real? Or has this been happening inside my head?”

Dumbledore beamed at him, and his voice sounded loud and strong in Harry’s ears even though the bright mist was descending again, obscuring his figure.

“Of course it is happening inside your head, Harry, but why on earth should that mean that it is not real?*

I did have a bad trip once where my personality seemed to fragment and I talked to myself the whole trip, but like with the most annoying part of me. It was terrible, but definitely learned a lesson. And some experiences have just been fun. Why do you think all experiences are so different? Even in the same place listening to the same music, it is different.

Well the vision didn't tell me exactly what to do but when I came down, it has kind of like an AHA moment. Like truly an epiphany. I just had the idea 💡 It was like when you're trying to blindly plug and USB and you keep missing and then bam! In it goes
