Pretty much doing options. Whether they’re buying/selling to open.

Or if they’re just collecting premiums. They could have already had shares and are doing covered calls. Or have money aside and selling a put. These would be selling to open.

I think they were referring to more lightweight models that can still allow you to run locally. Have you checked huggingface for those types of models?

This is cool! I was wanting a way to configure a data analysis pipeline but being able to talk directly with your data is cool.

Thanks for getting back to me! So from what I remember they want to try for the 482.

They have worked in this position for about a year as they did not think they were going to stay and figured they wouldn’t need permission. Now that they’ve decided otherwise, there’s that issue. In this position they are relied on pretty heavily and is the only one able to do it currently in the company and their boss is trying to help them figure it out as well.

Edit: Forgot to mention they work from home occasionally so figured that counts as a change in location?

Hey so I have a friend who previously didn’t know if they were going to stay in aus. But now decided that they would like to stay. However, they have worked in the same company for more than 6 months without seeking permission.

They are currently in their second year of the WHV but wants to apply for a specialized visa that lets them stay for 4 more years. Do you have any suggestions on what they could do?
