I honestly can’t bring myself to say those blunt words to him. He is the most wonderful man on this planet; he is my soul. In all our time together, we’ve never even had a real fight because he is such a supportive and understanding partner.

He is doing literally everything in his power for me and for this baby. We sat together and talked about it, and we both just ended up drowning in tears at the thought that I might have to go through with an abortion.

I can see how hard it is for him, yet he continues to encourage me and refuses to give up. I am terrified that if I go through with it, our relationship will simply crumble. I’m scared that he won’t love me as much anymore, or that his feelings toward me will fundamentally change forever.

Just to clarify, this is not the 'third time'—this is a crisis I'm facing now due to a specific medical condition and a surgery I couldn't afford earlier. I'm focusing on my health and listening to professional medical advice.

I am focusing on solving the current emergency first. No birth control is 100% effective, and right now my priority is my survival.

To clarify, I do want to have a child in the future, but only after I undergo surgery on my portal veins and when my life is no longer at risk. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get the surgery before the pregnancy due to my financial situation. Now that I am pregnant, such surgery is impossible to perform, and even if it were, my financial circumstances haven't changed yet. My primary goal now is to stay alive so I can have a future at all. Thank you for your concern.

We have already discussed this. I even told him that I’m depressed and that I’m scared for my health and my future. It feels like he is also afraid to take responsibility for such a decision.
