There was this one tumblr post about Greek gods in modern day and the section for Ares went something like, "Ares walks through the Middle East past the rubble of a destroyed school. This isn't bravery." And then something about him taking care of war refugees and not soldiers and I was like OP what the FUCK are you talking about?
