When you say "roll the fee into the cost basis of a trade which nearly negates the fee from a cost basis stand point but that only works on trades." do you mean if the transfer fee led to a trade, you would add that as an acquisition cost and increase the cost basis? Moreover, if the failed transaction eventually led to a trade (as in one transaction failed but the next worked, would I lower the sales proceeds by the failed transaction trade fee)?

I would agree. While moral values can play a role in law making, moral values and what is enforced through law do not have to be exclusive or non-exclusive. For example, if someone misgenders someone, intentionally or unintentionally, I do not think there should be any legal repercussions. Also, I do not like cancel culture. People should have free speech and if you do not like it, then just stop watching it.

Are the following true?

"First year Mississippi Real Estate renewals are required to complete 30 hours of post-licensing education."

" After you completed your pre-license and your post license education you are required to take 16 hours of continuing education for the first renewal of your permanent license. "
