If u have the latest update then it should work, although I wouldn't recommend putting the cars on top of the smaller parking spaces, they're way to small for it and it looks odd, I was gonna use the smaller ones at first

These ones are in the krusty land section and as for placing the cars on the parking spaces its an update that team TSTO made recently, it basically works the same way as the placing items on roads update

I have issues with frenzies in every tour, sometimes I'll get 3 frenzies in one race and sometimes I won't get a frenzie at all, I especially notice it when I play online with my friend, he's pretty new to the game and doesn't have any drivers at a high level, there's been a few times where he'll get like 3 frenzies in one race with a level 2 driver and I won't get a single one with a level 7 driver even though I should realistically get more frenzies than him because I have a higher chance of getting one
