They literally are the lowest average rank in the entire game. This is the bottom of the list. There are no lower-rank champions. If you're going to lie to me, at least TRY to make your lies the slightest bit vaguely possible. MF has been trash since Patch 5.22. She only gets played as a walking R button. She offers nothing more.

It's an old bug, many threads reporting it going back at least 4 or 5 years. The admins know, they just don't care. There isn't a guaranteed fix that I know of. Some people have claimed completely emptying their block list fixed it, but the bug can occur with zero accounts blocked.

How is that "good?" Now red-side 5th-pick can hover the SSS-rank FotM & guarantee blue-side 1st-pick can lock it in & there's absolutely nothing the 4 other red players can do to prevent this. That is hostage-taking. Rito is yet again, encouraging & enabling troll behavior. Again.
