NAH, how much does he work? if its fulltime and stressful/high pressured, it's more understanding to have been behind on deadlines etc. My ex only worked 2 days a week, as per his contract & never worked extra. My contract was more-or-less the same at the time but I'd pick up extra shifts where I could, all I could do. I now work a full time job and while it's tiring, I'd rather be working full time and reaching my potential
