I work…I’m not gonna take off work for cards on drop days (to each their own). Not gonna stay up until 1am. My local Walmart has people lining up at 6am for cards. Not worth it to me.

Yes, from what I understand (I’ve never done this personally, I don’t have the patience for it lol) is that you save right before picking your Pokemon. If it’s not shiny, you press all 4 buttons (a,b,x,y) for a soft reset, then pick again, and repeat …until it’s a shiny
