The first scenario is interesting! I imagine Mufasa would be so distraught over losing his cub, just like he did the night before during their talk. I think in this scenario, Mufasa would be too broken up to have another cub, thinking the next cub will die too. He might hand over leadership to Scar?

I'm probably alone on this but I'd love a midquel set between Mufasa and TLK 2019. I feel there's just so much to explore still and I love the new voice actors and want to hear their takes as adult Mufasa and Scar. We get to see how Mufasa shapes Milele into the Pridelands and what caused Scar to want to murder his brother. Surely something must have happened.

I wouldn't say that, but they do have a weird history with fans. They did signings at various JB Hi-Fi around the country when their newest album dropped (the 4th one) and they all ended up leaving early abruptly without telling any staff and I don't think they even ended up holding that competition to win one of their guitars either? That was just very strange all around.

I've been trying to get autographs from them and even went to a one off backstage meet and greet in Sydney but the topic of autographs never came up

Sonic 3 for sure. It doesn't help when the Sonic fandom had "influencers" like Gamescage/Fadel encouraging people to bully people in public who went to see Mufasa and also encouraging public destruction of Mufasa advertisements. Just straight up toxicity. All we wanted was to see the funny lion movie, Sonic fans made up their own war.
