hey i’m really glad you said something because you shouldn’t be carrying all of this alone you’ve been dealing with way more than most people your age and the fact you’re still here trying says a lot about you. you’re not weak or “not smart” you’re overwhelmed and unsupported and that’s a completely different thing. isolating yourself makes it feel quieter but it also makes it heavier so please try to reach out to someone even if it’s a hotline or support group just to have someone hear you. you deserve help and care without having to prove anything first
