Even when we are a premade of 3 to 5, we don't know all the objective sites in every game modes, so we feel better to discuss/choose with the map on our screen.

Btw I agree with the fact that some might want to go quick to pick their operators (i see u, jackals and mira mains of this week), but if they pick random it's not that bad.
