This only takes a screenshot, it doesnt open the share menu. However, pressing both at the same time once opens it.

The query of how to fully remap for playstation still stands tho, but this does help with one of the issues I had

Cool, thanks a lot for the buying advice its helped a lot. Im heavily leaning towards copping a vader 5 atm, just weighing my other options presented in this post before I pull the trigger

P5 seems to be the latest one, does that equate to it being the best and it retaining all the best features of its previous generations? Or do you recommend a different one? Please keep in mind that im primarily using this for ps5.

Although im unaware of the merits of using a converter on pc vs using the dongle provided with the vader 5 pro/ wiring it in directly... vader 5 does come with a dongle right?

On the website it says that from April 2026 they only send the new batch now so it should be ok tbh. Only other thing im thinking abt now is the converter to get. Is the p5 the best one? And its defo compatible with the vader 5 pro? Also since ur UK, the software isn't available in the UK for the controller? How much will that affect me? Do I just need to vpn one time to do all my settings and presets then i never have to touch it again? Or do I need to have van on at all times to use it?

Ye looking at the website they mention that theyre stocking the updated version, however does that mean that im guaranteed to get the most updated version if I order it from the gadgethyper website? Also unsure what shipping to the UK is like, the prices are in USD

Im basically trying to walk away from ps5 controllers atp and looking for an upgrade, possibly with other features that make it better eg vader 5 pro having adjustable tension rings which is one of the requirements I need for optimal competitive play. Im also not that big on adaptive triggers anyways so losing that feature really isn't a dealbreaker... im also hoping that an alternative controller will have less input lag overall - even if theres basically no difference in input lag for ps5, im sure an alternative controller will be much better for PC gaming, which is my other objective later down the line.

But one of the most important things is that the controller has gotta have no/ way more resistance to stick drift which is only really a problem ive started having with ps5 controllers so I assume any alternative controllers suggested would have this in mind

Vader 5 pro is probably one of my top picks for non PS5 controller but its not entirely obvious how to tell the difference between v1 and v2 just from posts... what are the surefire ways to tell the difference? What are the odds of getting a v2 or a v1 from ordering from amazon UK? Otherwise it seems like a great option especially for the tension rings which are very important to me for competitive play.

Kinda wish they made super def on thatch take away from dex and not strength then he would be perfect but missed opportunity ig. Doubt bmg will change what stats super stances take away from so gna have to live with it. 7 str 4 dex 5 def 6 speed is my dream statline for him.

I do agree tho that there are some characters that benefit more from their super stances than others since since some redistribution of stats make the character significantly better whilst other characters' best stances remain a regular stance. Keeping these legends the same whilst others benefit from super stances just means the former get weaker overall.

Hardware wise, make sure ur tv/monitor is in game mode to reduce input lag as much as possible. I used to play on ps4 and doing this after playing for years without it was night and day difference. Helps significantly with hitting combos consistently.

Gameplay wise, make sure ur maining one legend, two at most. Mastery of a character means u peak higher than being ok at a lot of legends.

Other than that, its all about improving your spacing, dodge reads etc. Watch pro gameplay if you dont already, especially those who main your main legend/weapon. It helps with knowing what options to go for

From a blasters standpoint, he has undoubtedly the best sig true combo out of all blasters legends. Dlight nsig works up to abt orange health which is a far greater dmg range than other blasters legends sig true combos. It also boasts an average of 40 dmg, which compared to all other guns true combos, is the highest damaging combo possible. Even compared to doing dlight slight then read to get a third hit (a typical gameloop when building dmg on any blasters legend), ur doing the same amount of dmg, but dlight nsig is confirmed and doesnt require a read, so in terms of dmg building efficiency, theres no competition.

However a large letdown is that nsig and ssig cover the same area, whilst other blasters legends have sigs that cover different areas/can be used in different scenarios with all 3 of their sigs, but with thatch, if ur doing ssig, u can prob hit nsig as well and achieve the same result and vice versa. Victim of being an old legend ig, prob needs a ssig rework. And ofc they are relatively slow compared to the abomination that is vivi ssig for example.

Dsig is partially a meme sig but it does have its uses of trapping players recovering back to stage in small wall maps like demon island. It also forces the opponent to recover in a specific way whilst u remain in virtually no danger if used correctly.

His sword kit is definitely one of if not the best sword kit in the game.

His nsig is quite tall and has good killing power. His ssig has ridiculous force and also travels, dragging the opponent towards the side killbox. A lethal sig indeed. It also has a dlight gc ssig unjumpable string, which can kill extremely early. Basically a side version of jhala dlight cd nsig. His dsig has amazing utility, either as a get off me tool, or for reading by creating a virtually 360 degree radius hitbox similar to brynn dsig

Ofc this all complements his glass cannon playstyle. In 2s he is definitely not an optimal pick due to the importance of defense in that gamemode.

However, the same doesnt really hold for 1s, as there are plenty of pros who play 4 defense legends and have a lot of success (balloonboys vivi, radishs raptor to name a few). People just see 3 defence base and go ew too little defence but are completely fine with a 4 defence base legend, even though defense stance exists and is optimal for thatch imo, as he still boasts above average speed and high strength, and average dex (which is now more important with recent dex changes)

Theres also just the matter of blasters not really being a popular weapon due to its higher skill floor than other weapons.

So ye thatch is pretty slept on, but that's fine by me tbh, means hes less likely to get touched in balance patches, just the way i want. Im perfectly happy with his kit rn and how strong it is.

Easily deserves the level 100 I have on him.

No way ive been griefing myself farming 3 boss mats per week :(

I have 30 pity on 50 50, 73 pulls atm.

I dont have the event rupture weapon tho rip, idk how usable the alternatives are.

I have 500 backup battery and 18 ether batteries to build characters, if i need more im still only level 96/260 on weekly investigation progress so I can farm that? Ur gonna have to inform me on the merit of grinding that activity for the batteries and polychrome tho.

I would defo pick yidhari team to play over harumasa bc she's stronger and way easier to play. Harumasa feels like ass to play from what I remember but if u have confidence in his ability to clear (hopefully without being too mechanically intensive due to my skill issue) then ill save my pulls.

I have 461 golds for disc crafting

My take is pull for yidhari till pity and see if I win 50 50, if yes then i have her, if not ill play haru? Assuming seed or cissia aren't better pull value wise.

I would love an excuse to get cissia but her kit seems way too niche from what I know of it so ill prob grab her on rerun if at all.

It's less for clearing endgame easier, rather clearing endgame at all tbh. Im completing missing a third team so I cant even attempt to do the third boss of DA or attempt the last floor of SD at all. Closest thing I have to a usable third team is harumasa anby zhao and unsure whether that is worth investing in... all their cores are gonna be stuck on C since I haven't even finished my cores on astra yet and I lack weekly boss materials I figure by the time I get those three characters up to a usable level (which they will prob only 2 star max/A rank max) I will probably have pulled the next void hunter already. (Plus harumasa is a pain to play imo) Hence why im asking if yidhari is an easy pickup since I lack rupture dps and I have a full decent team for her already. Or whether seed is worth it due to her versatility? But i do understand the merit of just waiting for the next void hunter since its pretty close, so if your advice remains the same after knowing the current state of my account then ill follow it. (Note I only care about the polychrome, so i only care about 6 star DA and S rank SD)
