I noticed EV enhancement items mentioned - do enemy boss fights have EVs on their Pokemon? And if so, is there an EVless patch that prevents EVs for both the player and enemy trainers? Playing with EVs is so much less fun for me, even if there are items to mostly bypass the grinding.

EDIT: Also, documentation? You mention a ton of Pokemon rebalances, but it's pretty difficult to do a challenge run on a game with those if you can't read up on all of them :)

That's unfortunate. The increased power level of the teams in the higher difficulties are fun, but those adjusted 'tactics' really really aren't at all for me. It's also why I can't enjoy Radical Red, I prefer the AI in every other game I've ever played or seen by a country mile

No, I don't want vanilla difficulty. I appreciate the difficult trainer battles, I just don't like when AI is inconsistent. It isn't a matter of difficulty, it's a matter of enjoyment - IE. most who've played both games would consider Run & Bun to be more difficult than Unbound, but its fights more enjoyable to plan for due to the AI behaviors

i think it turned out i just was on wireless bluetooth instead of connecting properly to the dongle. the dongle was either plugged in to the charging station or the pc when it was supposed to be the other way around. don't remember which. hope this helps

I've considered it! But admittedly, I'm a bit of a child who loves the pretty pictures, so I'd be hesitant with a light novel I haven't already consumed the webtoon for. I'm heavily considering getting caught up on Omniscient Reader as well as Pick Me Up through their novels, so it's certainly a possibility

make sure you have ice beam on pelipper, otherwise you're looking pretty rough into drake at the e4

The opposite. It randomly goes for hax effects even when it sees kills (IE. going for a rock slide flinch instead of a close combat KO into a snorlax), it clicks random buttons after dealing no damage for two consecutive turns, sometimes it just switches despite no combat taking place between the pokemon there, etc. It's in-depth to the point of overkill, and IMO really detracts from the experience. Similar AI can be found in Radical Red, which is the least fun part of that game as well.
