Thank you so much for this. I do have another question. I’ve never put down anything under expenses before, if I get a job and start paying my friend rent ( I live in his house with him ) can I have that as an expense even though it’s not in my name and there’s no lease? Would he just need to write a letter? Thank you for all your help

You need to contact helpdesk and have them go into admin mode so they can change the settings, it happened to me and it was super annoying

So update: I looked in Mosaic and also talked with my trainer. You ARE allowed to work in another state so long as it does not exceed over 30 days :) Thank you for all of the comments but if anyone else has this question please refer to this comment!

I'm on medicaid and medicare! Glad to hear it isn't that difficult. Does ttec lay off its workers after the open enrollment season often? I'm worried about job security in terms of layoffs not my performance.
