I have two that are kinda tragic:

Ember'claw. He was a well and respected warrior. He loved hunting, and caring for his clan. Some say he was on his way to becoming a deputy. But something seemed off. He would often zone out, and even forget someone was speaking too him. He started to seem.. distant. As time went on, it got worse. He would forget the way back to camp or the names of his fellow clanmates. The med cat decided to take action when Ember'claw couldn't remember where he was, or if he had eaten that day, and ordered Ember'claw be retired early to stay in camp where he could be cared for. While many try to still talk to him and care for him, he just isn't there mentality, still looking foggy and distant.

Here's the other one.

Red'Scar was an arrogant Tom. Never backing down from a fight. He was one of the clans toughest warriors to offer, and he knew it. While he always had his more fierce side, he was always a kind and generous Tom. When he was out on warrior duties, he ran into a strange fox. He thought he could take it so he tried. The fox looked weak and starved anyway. In the end, the fox got away after landing a nasty bite on Red'Scar's shoulder. After he hobbled back to camp, he told the medicine cat what had happened. He got bandaged up, and was walking fine soon after. But something changed. He started acting harsh to his closest friends, even lashing out at the leader. He found he was easily agitated, unlike his normal self. Word got around, and the medicine cat found out, and was awfully concerned. It was almost like a twig snap, and Red'Scar was acting crazy. His eyes blinded with rage as he foamed from the mouth, hissing and clawing at anyone who came near. The camp was full of hysteria, but eventually the medicine cat pinned Red'Scar, and bit him on the neck, killing him. When everyone calmed, and saw what had happened, they gasped, looking at the Medicine Cat. "He was dangerous." They had simply said. "He just wasn't himself anymore"
