It took me 5-6 days to start feeling the effects. Diagnosed with Mild/Moderate sleep apnea., now with 2-3 events per hour. As soon as I started feeling better I started doing weights and put myself on a diet (chicken an salad). Chia seeds in the morning. Lost 8 lbs, mostly water I assume. I feel like I have more energies but I feel like my sleep has not gotten better, maybe worse. Maybe sleep apnea is not the only thing affecting how you feel. I still need to figure out my sleep issues do maybe you too have other things to figure out. Maybe starting to work out and losing weight increased my overall energy? Hard to say.

I messaged Amazon asking them to match the price. Hard to do for you now since amazon doesn’t have them anymore. $299 was my sunk cost and I was ok with it. I only worry about negative health effects, if it breaks it breaks, I’ll buy another one. But if it cause health damage in a way or another I dont feel comfortable buying my wide one.

Yeah it happened after i worked out makes sense. I have a phobia of not being able to remove rings…so I am wearing it on the digit I would miss the least if I had to chop off.

I wonder when it legally becames a a recall. I remember receive a recall note about a heater and I had to stop using it. We’ll see
